The flight plan accounts for staff, members of the public, neighbouring property and anyone who may be close to the operating area.

Aircraft choice depends on the available space, people nearby, conditions and the photographs or footage required.
Weather assessed before flying
Wind, rain, visibility and conditions affecting the required shots are checked before the flight proceeds.
