COVERAGE

Planned around the occasion

Aerial coverage that adds context without taking over

Drone footage can reveal the venue, crowd, landscape and movement around an event in ways that ground cameras cannot. The aim is not simply to fly overhead, but to capture useful establishing views and natural movement that support the story of the day.

For open rural venues we can use the DJI Mavic 4 Pro for detailed 6K footage. In tighter or more sensitive settings, the smaller and quieter Mini 5 Pro may be the more appropriate choice.

Filmed properly, without disruption

Flights are planned around venue permission, airspace, guest safety, timing and suitable weather. The aircraft and approach are selected for the setting so coverage can blend into the occasion.

Questions answered

Frequently asked questions

Clear information before the booking helps everyone plan with confidence.

Can a drone fly directly over guests?

Safe distances and flight routes are planned for the particular event, aircraft and location. We do not compromise safety to obtain a shot.

What permissions are needed?

Venue or land permission is arranged in advance, while we check airspace and operational restrictions. Larger public events may need additional coordination.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Flights only go ahead in appropriate conditions. We discuss practical timing, alternatives or rescheduling where weather affects the plan.

Can you supply footage to another filmmaker?

Yes. We can coordinate with an existing production team and provide organised source footage for their edit.
