AERIAL COVERAGE FOR PROPERTY, BUSINESS & THE RURAL VALE

Commercial drone photography Cowbridge
Property, land and larger sites

Aerial photographs can show the relationship between buildings, grounds, access, neighbouring land and the surrounding landscape far more clearly than ground photography alone.

Commercial and construction projects

Business premises, industrial sites and developments around Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ammanford can be photographed for marketing, progress records, site context and planned promotional films.

Tourism, accommodation and outdoor businesses

The surrounding Vale countryside and nearby coast provide strong context for venues, accommodation, property, visitor attractions and tourism projects.

Roof and building inspections

Focused aerial photographs can provide a clear view of roofs, chimneys, elevations and other difficult-to-see areas without producing piles of unnecessary material.

Town and rural flight planning

Town-centre streets, neighbouring property, rural access, livestock and public areas can all affect a Cowbridge flight. We check the exact location beforehand and plan the operating position around the real conditions on the ground.

COWBRIDGE, THE USK VALLEY & BLACK MOUNTAINS

Aerial photography across South Wales

Cowbridge combines an historic market town with high-value residential property, independent businesses, wedding venues, farmland and attractive Vale countryside. Aerial photography is useful where setting, grounds and surrounding landscape are an important part of the story.

Property and land

Aerial photography is useful for houses, estates, farms, development land and commercial property where conventional ground photographs cannot show the complete setting.

Tourism and hospitality

Hotels, holiday accommodation, attractions and outdoor businesses can use drone photography and video to show their location and surrounding countryside in a way ground-level images cannot.

Construction and business

Cowbridge, Llandow and nearby Vale business locations include commercial premises, developments and working sites where aerial coverage can show scale, access and progress clearly.

The Wye Valley and rural locations

Rural sites can produce excellent aerial material. Where dense trees or steep terrain affect the pilot’s visual line of sight to the drone, we simply plan the operating position accordingly.

COWBRIDGE DRONE FAQ

Useful questions before booking

Which drone do you use – DJI Mini 5 Pro or Mavic 4 Pro?

We have both and choose the aircraft around the job. The DJI Mini 5 Pro is a 249g-class compact drone with a 50MP 1-inch sensor, 4K/60fps HDR, 4K/120fps slow motion, true vertical shooting and omnidirectional obstacle sensing. Its small size makes it extremely useful for straightforward property, roof, social-media and many urban jobs where a larger aircraft adds nothing to the result.

The Mavic 4 Pro is the larger flagship option. Its main camera uses a 100MP 4/3 Hasselblad sensor and records up to 6K/60fps HDR, while additional 70mm and 168mm tele cameras give us perspectives the Mini cannot produce. It also offers longer endurance and is the better choice when the brief calls for the strongest image quality, telephoto compression, more demanding commercial filming or a wider range of cinematic shots.

We do not automatically use the biggest drone. We use the one that best suits the location and what the finished material actually needs to do.

Can you inspect a roof or difficult-to-see part of a building?

Yes. A drone can provide clear photographs of tiles, chimneys, gutters, flat roofs, elevations and other areas that are difficult to inspect from ground level. Tell us what needs to be seen and we can concentrate the flight on those areas rather than producing unnecessary photographs.

Can you fly in built-up parts of Cowbridge?

Potentially, yes. The exact location matters. Streets, people, neighbouring property, take-off access, airspace and the aircraft being used all affect how a flight can be carried out. Send the address or map pin and we can assess the site before attendance.

Do you provide photographs, video or both?

Either. For inspections or straightforward property work, still photographs may be all that is required. Commercial and promotional projects can include planned aerial video movements as well as high-resolution stills. We agree what is actually needed before the shoot.

Can you follow our own shot list or brief?

Yes. Agencies, developers, surveyors and marketing teams can send a shot list, site plan or visual brief in advance. For a simple job that can be the quickest way to work: arrive knowing exactly what is required, capture it efficiently and supply the agreed material.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

We keep an eye on wind, rain and visibility before the job. If conditions would make the flight unsafe or the results poor, the sensible option is to move the aerial work to a suitable weather window rather than force the flight.
