How to Book our Drone Pilot

Booking our drone services is straightforward. We keep it simple so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Project

Send us:

• The shoot location (postcode included).

• Your preferred date(s).

• A short brief of what you want captured (photos, video, both).

Step 2: Site Check

We review the location online to confirm flight feasibility and check for restrictions. For larger projects, we may arrange a quick site visit.

Step 3: Reserve Your Date

We take a small booking deposit to secure the slot in our calendar.

Step 4: Weather Flexibility

Because drones can’t fly safely in rain or high winds, we track the forecast from 5 days before. If the weather looks bad, we’ll discuss options 48 hours ahead.

• If we need to reschedule, your deposit simply moves to the new date.

• If the shoot is fixed (e.g. a live event) and weather prevents flying, the deposit is non-refundable.

• On the day, our pilots will stay on site as long as possible to catch a safe flying window.
